Bryan Clauser and Pookie Chang take refuge with Robin Hudson. They have gone against the wishes of Chief of Police Amy Zou, and they know consequences can't be far behind.
Agggie James just watched The Mexican's rape at the hands of Mommy, and now will do anything to escape the catacombs. He will have to obey the wishes of Hillary, who has promised him a way out ... if, he performs a certain, as-yet unnamed task for her.

Why Mommy doesn't scare us
It's not JUST because we're sick bastards. I mean, we are. We listen to your twisted stuff after all. But I think that Mommy is just so alien that it doesn't scare us the way, for instance, Infected did.
I mean, we're just NOT going to be kidnapped, tortured, and forced to mate with a disgusting Mother of Monsters.
But it is possible that someone could have a schitzoid breakdown and think that little skin rashes on his junk were alive and reach for chicken scissors. It also helped that you'd been building to that scene from practically the start of the book, whereas the seeds for the reveal of Mommy weren't planted that far in advance. At least, not from the standpoint that she's this disgusting monstrosity. Yes, we knew that Aggie was in some deep shit, but we didn't get a sign that it was going to bend our brains.
That's not to say that you're slipping, oh Dark Overlord. Just that it was so alien helped insulate our brains from going completely apeshit crazy.

We became heavily invested in Scary Perry and it made it all the more real/realistic... We don't really have anything invested in Mommy... or the mexican for that matter... Some of the other comments about making it more "first personish" and involving a character we're invested in strike a chord here. Good thought RickJonzz....

Didn't I make this point last ep? Give us the view through the Mexican's eyes, his skin, what he hears, what he tastes or smells. We get the outsider's perspective, but we want our cake damnit! Then again, I'm a sucker for details. But it seems like I'm not alone. Others want the Amigo's take. So tattoo this somewhere so you remember it for the final cut.
And as far as the Ancestor reference, what intrigues me is the "who". Guess it's that Journalism class I took bringing out this curiosity. I want the who. We know the where, when, why, but the "who" is missing.Holy crap

By the way if youre ever stuck close to the deadline you set again, I think I read somewhere that Venus or Neptune or some other local planet has a longer day than Earth so you could use that.
