Who got your book???

I went to the local Peoria, IL, B&N, turns out it was in the fiction section so I had to ask just where the f@*k it was. Anyway good thing I did because the girl helping me was so excited about it she quized me where I heard about it and just what was it about. I filled her in and she told me she was going to pick up a copy herself.

Anyway I thought it was cool I got someone out of the blue to commit to it wqhen I can't even get dopes for friends to give it a shot.

Picked it up April 1st.  Halfway thru reading it.  What is the problem with Junkies not buying the book?

After canceling my Amazon.com order (per the bosses request) (btw: I hate paying sales tax), I picked up my copy two days ago, Barnes and Noble hadn't even put it out on their shelves yet! Needless to say, they got a huge butt-whooping for not having it out for all the junkies, I may even go back and rearrange their display for the incompetence and complete disregard for our overlord and his master plan!!!!!!!!

Oh, I also got my postcards and tattoos in the mail yesterday, all I can say is my two year old is now vicious looking w/ that infected tattoo on her arm.

This book is totally going to be my bathroom reading! (The only place in my house I get peace and quiet!)

Well I pre-ordered my copy from Amazon UK, and I just got this e-mail this morning

Although I received my pre-ordered copy of Infected from Amazon, I was slumming in Borders and couldn't help caressing another copy of Infected.

I felt so good it ws like cheating on my copy at home.  So like the pimp I have become I bought that dirty, slutty, copy I fondled in the store and now I have two copies at home.

**sigh** I am weak.

i live in the netherlands and i received my copy through the mail today , amazone pre-order. though i ordered on the usa site the shipment came from germany.

I'll add that one to the copy I picked up at B&N to make two!  The Dynamic Duo, then I'll be getting another one at Murder by the Book in Houston, that'll make three!  The three stooges!  Dare somebody to get up to 7!

There are NO bokstores where I live.  That's right, NO bookstores.  Oh ther's 15+ bars but not one bookstore to exhault the written word of the Overlord.  Are you starting to see how much Scott's work means to me.  It's the purifing fire to burn the heathens from around me.  I hit Amazon.ca up last week and got my book preordered and scored another copy to infect the masses. 

Yea though I walk through the valley of illetericy I will fear no written word, well except Scotts.  That shit's just freaky!

Just picked mine up, the B&N I pre-ordered didn't get there shipment until this morning, rather strange since its in Seattle.

The store I went to for those of you that know Seattle, is on Barton in the SW. They have 4 copies on the table and no others I saw. The clerk asked me about Scott and I could of went on for an hour.

Since I picked it up while driving around for work, I wasn't able to take a pic though. :(

I picked mine up yesterday first thing after work at B&N here in Louisville, KY.  They had about four sitting on the shelf

Problem is that apparently a book that just came out doesn't rank the New Arrivals tables, while month old James Patterson and Suze Orman books do. 

No, it was just sitting on the New Fiction shelves, which were behind Bestsellers and a display rack.  Sure, you could find it if you knew where to look, but it is blocked from view for casual browsers by that stupid display rack. 

I've been listening since mid-way through Earthcore and own all the print copies of Siglerism.  And it all started with a search for audiobooks on iTunes in the hope of finding something to listen to on a road trip. 

Got a few from Barnes and Noble - all the way on the 3rd floor. At first I couldn't find it, and the staff claimed they wouldn't have the book till the 8th!!  Thank goodness I needed my Infected Crack Fix!! I stayed right in front of them with a silly grin and kept saying "please try again" until they FOUND IT!!! Don't mess with a Junkie dammit! LOL!!

This a really NICE book! Great quality and the cover surpised me, its very nice!

 We did great today Junkies!! I am going to go and read myself to sleep now! Ahhh.....I can relax now with my fix.
