How can Brian Hogg make a Steven Colbert puppet before he makes a Scott Sigler puppet?

He should know many of the junkies love sick puppet show because this isn't the first time 

 http://www.dotboom.ca/or Avenue Q was mentioned in the forms. I ask the Future Dark Over Lord not to be to harsh with Mr Hogg because he can really use this guy when he sets up his puppet governments. Maybe working with that nice Henson guy, you know The Two Brians.
