Hello!
Yep , I used Photoshop. I borrowed a pic from an autograph session from the site here and I had a planet Earth just hanging around - cut 'em out - do some of that wondeful Photoshop magic and tada! I am not really the best at Photoshop , but I am getting used to it and hope I can make a better one here sooner or later. I just like to goof off :) then I get in to it and can't stop hehe.

Well it is great work!
I'd seen in a post where you had said you'd photo shopped the pic. But alot of the time photo shopped has become a generic term when it comes to picture editing.

Ahhh
I see what you mean. I kind of mixed it together. I used my "borrowed" pics.Then I made the space background and lightning (tricky part) and star effects and such using Photoshops vairous brushes and pencil styles/blurs/burns/smudge/etc.... Then I put together the whole thing in layers until I liked what I saw. So in the end it is kind of a drawing with pics added in.
It's fun, once I start I can't stop heheh. I made one for my daughters Spore creatures because she liked my space bacground, so I had to figure out trees and grass too - someone said you can get brushes to look like nature - I need to find those haha. Now, how to animate it ??!?!? :)
