according to this interview with the FDO™ nocturnal will be released as a printed book in 2010

Here's the deal ...
Basicallly it breaks down like this. If CONTAGIOUS hits the New York Times Bestseller list, you can expect NOCTURNAL in 2009, not 2010. In fact, it's possible you'll get NOCTURNAL hardcover in 2009, and EARTHCORE or ANCESTOR hardcover the same year.
Not to try and tease you with motivation, but there you go.
And as you know, as soon as EC and ANC rewrites hit the bookstores, I begin work on MOUNT FITZROY and DESCENDANT. So you want to know how the sequels turn out? Well then shake your ass for Siglerism!

I tried a gif that was within the proper specifications and it didn't work. However treed has had gif avatars here before so my problem might be between the keyboard and the chair.

You cna't say without confidense that Contagious won't be a bestseller because Infected outsold 3 people on the list and if the cover is more awesome than Infected's (which will be tough to do but you can do it) then it will be a bestseller. Will the re-written versions of EC and ANC be podcasted or no, and if at all possible, if you haven't already, please pen the starter alongside Fitzroy and Descendant. I can't wait.
