Eagerly Waiting For the New Season...
... and it can't get here too soon! Got my "Property of the Krakens" Tee ordered, my two copies of the Starter hard-cover (@ 14:13 after the opening time) are ordered, and just finished listening to Episode 1. Fantastic! Can't friggin' wait... but I guess I have to. <SIGH>

I keep checking back at the site hoping for another surprise, or maybe a time warp. I don't know, maybe I'll go relisten to some older stories, I just miss the melodious voice and the taunting endings. I'm shaking, and waiting for a fix but nothing new is being posted. I hate being caught up.
Maybe something has posted since I started writing this. "No man, don't check you know it hasn't" Shut-up you don't know that, I can check if I want to. "Don't check, you know your FDO feeds on your needs" Fine then, let him feed, I open my veins to him, either inject me with another story or feast on my soul.

OK, I'm sitting here at 9:20 right now, Pacific. I'm looking at the Starter widget, and it says there are 3 days, 00 hours, 43 minutes and change to go. Notwithstanding a few minutes difference for individual clock times, isn't this one hour off?
It would have benn 3 days, 00 hours, 00 mins, 00 seconds at 9am Pacific today. But it's 20 minutes past, and it says there's 3/4 of an hour to go. That would be 10am Pacific.
Am I totally off base here?

I'll be interested to see where you go with this book Oh great FDO, will the Krakens be floundering for their Tier 1 lives OR will they be the cinderella story and take it all the way to the TIer 1 tournement! We just DON'T know! And I don't know if I can wait till September to find out!

As much as I was digging the Kissyman...
Having a Taste of the Starter is WELL-Hell-Shucking-worth the delay. FDO if you'd like to Podcast the Whole Starter Novel prior to releasing the final episode of Kissyman I would be ok with that!

Barry Gordy's "The Last Dragon" is definitely in my top-10 all time faves list, right behind Aliens and Starship Troopers. I remember seeing that movie in theaters the first week it came out. Junkies, if you haven't seen it take Scott's advice and put it in your NetFlix queue, you WILL NOT be disappointed.
PS: #4 on my list is Big Trouble in Little China, another chop-socky classic. In the immortal words of Carl Douglass, "Everybody was kung fu fighting. Those cats were fast as lightning..."
