what are the different levels and are there any special "privileges" that go with each level??
just need some clarification here..........
Crack Hit Levels
Right now there are no special privileges associated with each of these levels.
Under the hood each crack hit level is basically a role. A role can be assigned various permissions which lead to the latest incident you becoming an site-admin :)
Currently there are no plans to give those levels extra permissions, so consider them being ranks or something like that.

the highest rank right now is pusher, I have deleted the masterpimp role back when i was revising the user roles.
The different ranks are right now a bit pointless since you cannot see a user rank at the first glance. It might be hidden somewhere in the profile screen tough.
Once I figure out how to add such labels to the users nick / avatar image we could talk about the ranks again.
