FDO™ at KatG™This week Dark Øverlord Media was in New York City for the O'Reilly Tools of Change Conference.  We learned a little bit about a lot of things.  And just when we should have been leaving to avoid the crazy snow … Keith and The Girl called, and invited Scott to join them in the studio.

It was a great show, and a lot of fun to watch in-studio. Keith and Chemda are lightning-fast with the funny, and Scott was very happy about the kegerator. Very happy. As you're about to hear before I run the actual episode, all three sat down with me for a few minutes to talk about KATG's new book, "What do we do Now?" coming out on March 9th, and the 75-hour marathon 'cast they'll be doing starting this Sunday at 6:00pm EST. Oh, and Scott talks about the kegerator.

For this week's Friday Fix, I'm sneaking in a bit early and going with the big news of the day, which is that THE CRYPT: Book 1, The Crew is now live over at Podiobooks.com.

We here at Dark Øverlord Media are big fans of Podiobooks.com as consumers AND as producers of content.  Evo works his tail off to make sure the books are easy to download, high-quality, and always available:  it's a great site and a great service. [Also?  Evo's a hell of a guy. That's just the way it is.]

Our very own Arioch Morningstar, Producer of Døøm, has done a kick-ass job cleaning up the jibber-jab and mastering the episodes.  You'd think with all the posting he does here that he wouldn't have time for such awesomeness, but you'd be wrong.

Back in September 2009, when we were on the ROOKIE Tailgate Tour, a audio request came in from the boys over at Here Goes Nothing.  It was short, funny, and, as they had indicated in the subject line of the email, 'groveling'.  They were thinking of doing a segment about Siglerism, and could Scott provide some promos, etc.  They said they were fans.  Once back at home, Scott whipped up the little bit of audio they'd requested & sent it off.

Turns out they're fans indeed.  This edition of the Here Goes Nothing podcast is all Sigler, all the time. 

P.S. Next week's Friday Fix™ should be ROOKIE Hell Week video, mentioned in DØM Year in Review. Unless cousin Frankie hi-jacks the feed …
