Bill Miller is Perry Dawsey’s wise cracking best friend and co-worker. They have been close since becoming roommates in early college, and since then, Bill has been the one to keep Perry grounded and help him control his rage. Bill is Perry’s physical opposite, as fresh faced and unimposing as Perry is tough and intimidating.
